"Since I was twelve years old, I have been weight training, doing various cardio workouts and have probably done every Abs workout known to mankind. Although, over the years I have developed great physical strength and endurance and become quite fit for a man my age; I do not have the flexibility I once had and have always had my share of various aches and pains, especially in my lower back.
