Q: Who can benefit from Pilates?
A:

Pilates conditioning is beneficial for everyone! Here are some of the changes you can see in as little as 2 months of regular sessions:

Q: What should I wear? 
A: Comfortable, non-restrictive clothing. All Pilates and Yoga classes are performed in bare feet or socks. Shoes are required for weight training. 
 
Q: Are mats provided?
A: Yes
 
Q: What is a Pilates apparatus?
A: Equipment, including the Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda Chair and Ladder Barrel which utilize springs, pulleys and straps to add resistance and intensify the Pilates workout.
