What should I wear? |

|
Comfortable, non-restrictive clothing. All Pilates and Yoga classes are performed in bare feet or socks. Shoes are required for weight training.

What is a Pilates apparatus? |
|
|
Equipment, including the Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda Chair and Ladder Barrel which utilize springs, pulleys and straps to add resistance and intensify the Pilates workout.
