From Portsmouth: Take Route 1 (Lafayette Rd) south into Rye. Rosewood is on the left just before the intersection of Breakfast Hill Rd/Washington St.
From North Hampton, Newburyport and South: Travel north on Route 1 (Lafayette Rd) 3.5 miles (5 minutes) into Rye and pass through intersection of Breakfast Hill Rd/Washington St and Route 1. Rosewood is on the right.
From Kittery, Dover and North/West (and alternate route for those traveling from the South): Take Interstate 95 South to exit 3 (Route 33). Travel south on Route 33 and take a left onto Portsmouth Ave in Greenland (this intersection has a light, and a Dunkin Donuts and Mizuna's deli on the left). Bear left at the fork, and then take a left after a a few miles onto Breakfast Hill Rd. When Breakfast Hill Rd intersects Route 1 (Lafayette Rd) take a left onto Route 1 and Rosewood is on the right.
