Body Pilates Studio is a fully equipped classical Pilates studio
offering group, private and semi-private Pilates instruction
on both mat and apparatus. Group classes require advance registratioin. All private and semi-private sessions
are scheduled on an appointment basis. Click here to register for a class or set up a private session.
In addition to Pilates, the studio also offers body toning
with weights and props. All group classes and appointment sessions are 55 minutes
in length, unless otherwise stated.
- Up to 4 people may workout simultaneously on their own reformer. The class instructor will lead the group through a series of reformer exercises, ranging from beginner to advanced, based on the level of class participants.
- Total body sculpting targeting all major muscle groups using barbells and free weights. Includes abdominal and lower back work.
- The perfect fusion of pilates and strength training! Each student works with an MVe fitness chair, similar to a Wunda chair in design. Core exercises are the focus, adapting Wunda chair, mat and strength training exercises into a fun and challenging group class format. Set to heart pumping music -- pedal to the metal!
- A pilates class appropriate for all levels of ability. Beginner/intermediate exercises are incorporated with modifications as needed.
Group classes require advance registration.
All classes are 55 minutes in length, unless otherwise stated.
